For the second year, Youth and Children’s Ministry [Archdiocese of Brisbane] have written a Youth and Young Adults Lenten Program – Gathered for Giving.This resource contains prayers, scripture [from the lectionary cycle], scriptural reflections [written by Fr Paul Chandler], ritual actions, living the Gospel [ways for living your baptismal call in the every day], and WYD reflections.

This program has been written with a particular focus on assisting potential WYD pilgrims to reflect upon scripture and God’s call on their life. Additionally there is a CD that contains audio of the Lenten scriptures, scriptural reflections and the prayer song. Included with this is a copy of Week One of the program, and an order form.

Copies of the CD are available from the Chancery for $5 each, with a couple of Rob's other songs.

The funds raised (after costs) will go towards supporting pilgrims from less fortunate countries to attend WYD.

Sets of 10 are available for parishes or schools to buy and then sell as fundraisers for the Overseas Pilgrim Support Fund.
