Overview of live webcast

The Vatican The Internet Your Venue

Equipment you will need:
Internet connection, computer, speakers and a method of viewing
the webcast, i.e. Projector, Plasma TV or a large monitor.
Internet connection:

For the best possible experience we would recommend a dedicated internet connection, with a speed of over 50kbps. Slower internet speeds will still work, but the image will be not be as high quality.
Please test your connection by visiting www.speedtest.net. Select the Pyramid closest to your location.
Computer:You should have a Microsoft Windows machine and be running either the Internet Explorer or FireFox browser sing the Flash Media Player. The computer should also have the provision for Video (VGA out, SVIDEO) and Audio out (Headphone Jack).

Projector / Plasma / Monitor:
Connect up your Screen / Projector in the usual way.
Speakers:
Use the headphone jack on your computer to connect to a set of speakers or your venues PA system.
Please ensure the speakers are powerful enough to fill the room with sound.
