Year in Review 2024 Catholic Diocese of Sandhurst 33 Plenary Indulgence Foundational Churches of the Diocese 150th anniversary celebrations of the Diocese of Sandhurst In celebration of the 150 years of the establishment of the Diocese of Sandhurst the gift of a plenary indulgence was granted by His Holiness Pope Francis to accompany us during this year of grace. Eleven foundational churches of Sandhurst Diocese, where we trace the roots of our local Church, were designated as Jubilee churches.
